Thanks to the program, we’ve been able to work with target schools and universities to support young students in their learning and encourage them to acquire the skills needed for a career with us. At the same time, we’re able to respond to the operational needs of the Group in terms of skills, our recruitment goals, and the need to train young people with disabilities as part of our Group agreement to welcome people with disabilities into the company.
