• Managing the client relationship (volume of business, customer satisfaction) and coordinating the entire pre-sales cycle internally for your client
• Understanding client needs, identifying and developing sales opportunities and coordinating the various internal stakeholders to best respond to these opportunities
• Guaranteeing the company’s interests (sales proposals in line with margin targets, and so on) and your client’s interests

Main duties

• Selling products, solutions and services to your client (customer meetings, organizing promotional events, feeding back any changes to the customer’s needs based on their market, coordinating proposals, defining sales strategies)
• Supporting your client internally (ambassador role)
• Ensuring sales volumes are monitored (reporting processes, tracking orders, and so on)
• Understanding and anticipating client needs, coordinating how solutions are developed (with pre-sales engineers, architects and marketing experts) to respond to their needs

• Developing responses to client calls for tender. Being the main contributor, along with the sales teams, to meeting business, turnover and customer satisfaction targets

Main duties

• Ensuring technical understanding of the client’s needs (working upstream)
• Defining the technical strategy in close cooperation with the sales teams.
• Creating proposals by integrating optimized solutions (dimensioning) and establishing quotes related to profitability forecasts from the negotiations phase right up to the client’s final decision
• Taking overall responsibility for proposals within the framework of structured projects with a strong multi-product/service component
• Being part of client relationships
• Ensuring the proposals overall soundness
• Taking part in pre-sales events (presenting new products, solutions, and so on).
• Developing products/markets (competition, trends, markets).

Main duties

• Meeting the specification issued by clients during the call for tender
• Analyzing and specifying client changes
• Carrying out technical client presentations
• Running technical negotiations (for example, changes to protocols, functions, and so on)
• Providing technical expertise to research and development teams for the smooth running of projects
• Contributing to how products/solutions are defined
